Not keeping your website software updated can leave you open to the risk of being hacked, but updating everything without a proper process can potentially cause conflicts that could stop your website working.
Our Support Plans take away the stress of knowing what to update when, and what to do if an update fails, leaving you free to focus on growing your business.
And our Support Plan services aren’t just limited to updates. We also take care of web hosting, backups, regularly optimise your website’s databases (to improve website speed), reduce the file size of images you load onto your website so they don’t slow down your site, and on all our plans, if you do get malware on your website, we’ll take care of getting it cleaned up for you as part of the service.

As long as your hosting company meets our requirements for properly maintaining and optimizing the site, we may be able to accommodate this. Contact us to request a consultation and pricing for this.
In most cases there’s no charge. We will usually migrate your website, for free, to our website hosting provider. If you have a very large website or an ecommerce site, we may charge a fee for the additional time required for these sites.
A content update is something that takes no longer than 30 minutes to do, and can be done from the WordPress dashboard. These can include adding a new blog post, header image changes, CSS tweaks, changing fonts, adding items to menus, loading and activating new plugins, adding images to a gallery etc.
Simply email the support address you’ll be given on sign-up and your task will usually be completed within 48 hours.
Note that these tasks do not cover advanced features such as adding an online shop or membership section, or making changes to your email marketing provider (MailChimp, ConvertKit etc).
All support or content update time must be used within the same billing month, so that we can manage our client roster, and be available to help you when you need us. We hate having to make our clients wait to get their work scheduled in, and this is the most fair way to look after everyone.
If we estimate a task to take more than 1 hour, we’ll let you know and can discuss with you the best way forward. We do offer Timeblocks in various amounts that you can purchase as needed to complete more time-consuming or complex tasks.
Beyond that it’s likely the requirement will be a project in itself. In this situation we can discuss what you need and offer a quotation for the project.
Unfortunately, no. Email hosting is a very specialised area and we don’t currently have capacity to take that on as a service.

Absolutely! These plans are offered on a subscription basis and are paid monthly in advance. There is an initial minimum period of 3 months, after which you are free to cancel at any time.
Our Support Plans aren’t designed to fix an already broken website. If you’re experiencing this problem, we can talk about how best to bring it back to full health before putting it onto a plan.
